We got rid of the BS for Phynd
Brand Challenge
Phynd is bringing something totally new to the gaming market and they need to a TV spot to attract gamers and advertisers to their new platform.
Marketing Objective
The objective was to drive installs and usage of the Phȳnd app on smart TVs by generating brand awareness and understanding of the value proposition. Additionally, we looked to establish a distinct personality and 'voice' for the all future Phynd communications.
Creative Solution
Channeling Lynch’s famously candid press room persona (where he repeatedly answered he was there so he wouldn’t be fined), the campaign is an open invitation to gamers of all types to get Phynd: “No console. No cost. No BS.” With the new video, Lynch flips the script and says he’s there so he can “get Phynd.”
