Angi, a leading home services platform, needed to strengthen consumer trust to drive conversions and new bookings for its network of skilled pros. The challenge was to create a cohesive campaign that addressed both the need for skilled professionals and the sentimental value of a well-maintained home, all while incorporating the brand’s founder to add authenticity and trust.
Creative Solution
To fully capture the facets of homeownership, we approached from two different angles. In “Jobs Done Well,” we addressed common pain points such as home maintenance and the search for skilled professionals. This spot was driven by the skilled tradespeople themselves, illustrating how easy it is to book and get the job done well. In “Heart of the Home,” we took a more emotional perspective, emphasizing that your home is a special place and Angi is there to ensure it stays that way. This campaign’s one-two punch was enriched by the inclusion of Angie Hicks, who founded the company over two decades ago.
