To introduce Chomps to a national television audience, Quirk Creative developed a visual strategy that captured the essence of their grass-fed, sugar-free meat sticks. By moving beyond standard snacking tropes, the campaign focused on the high-quality ingredients at the brand's core, using clever match cuts to transition from fresh, whole foods—like ripe jalapeños and seared T-bone steaks—directly to the portable product. This whimsical and memorable approach successfully highlighted Chomps' value proposition, transforming the importance of premium ingredients into a striking introduction for viewers across the country.
Since 2020, when revenue sat at $45 million, Chomps has scaled over 10x, reaching a projected $1 billion in annual sales by 2025.
The brand's campaigns have helped secure a dominant presence in over 30,000 retail doors, including Walmart, Target, and Costco. Notably, 53% of new Chomps buyers in some retail locations had never purchased a meat snack before, proving the brand's ability to expand the category rather than just taking market share.
A key to their performance has been targeting health-conscious women (ages 25-45), who make up roughly 70-80% of their customer base, a group previously underserved by traditional jerky brands.
